Every other year Europe’s most talented young vocational professionals compete to win the European Skills Championship.
For three exhilarating days, skilled young people from across Europe compete in their different vocational fields.
EuroSkills is a way to highlight the importance of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) to the public and attendees of the event.
The competition also helps to develop the skills of the competitors. In the lead up to the event the competitors train hard to be at the top of their game.
During the competition they excel even further in their skill while forging bonds with their coach and their fellow competitors, both internationally and within their own team.
Their improved skills and their new bonds and connections that they forged, both in preparation for and during the event itself, help the competitors in their future careers.
